Plastic Injection Tooling—Our Process
When tooling work is complete, we use plastic injection molding to run high-volume parts in production. This process brings a number of benefits to large-scale production, including:

Plastic injection molding operates by creating tooling for a mold in the shape of the desired part or product. Once all of the tooling components are complete and the mold is assembled, we inject molten plastic and allow it to cool. A single mold will create the exact same plastic product millions of times, so it is a perfect way to create large volumes of plastic components, such as:
